The Sign-Up Process will help determine whether or not ADMO will push through with the sport program and aid us in resource mapping for the sport.
ENROLLMENT
Once you've received the ENROLLMENT Email, this will serve as your confirmation that the sport will push through.
RECEIVE ENROLLMENT EMAIL:
If the slot for the sport has been confirmed, you will receive an email indicating the Enrollment Process for your chosen sport.
ACCOMPLISH THE ENROLLMENT GOOGLE FORM:
Fill-out the necessary information, indicate the sport you were confirmed for, upload the screenshot of your proof of payment.
SUBMIT THE FORM:
Click “Submit”
RECEIVE CONFIRMATION EMAIL:
Once we have verified your enrollment, you will be receiving a confirmation email with the FINAL schedule and reminders.
