Atin Ito: The Legacy Lives in Us
On February 26 and 27, our Grades 3 to 6 students enthusiastically participated in this year’s Academic Fair, “Atin Ito: The Legacy Lives in Us.” This special event highlighted Poveda’s rich history and values, reminding us that we, especially our students, are the #Legado—the living legacy that carries forward the spirit of #Poveda.
Through interactive activities, exciting challenges, and talent showcases, students and parents deepened their appreciation for the school’s mission, all while fostering teamwork, creativity, and a strong sense of community. With the collective support of the entire #Povedan family, the event became a meaningful celebration of learning, heritage, and tradition.
Our Legado lives on through our students!

Living Sapphire: Stories of Salt and Light
We’re thrilled to kick off #POVEDA’s High School Academic Fair from March 31 to April 4, 2025, with the theme "Living Sapphire: Stories of Salt and Light." This week-long celebration highlights our #Povedans’ learning, creativity, and passion through various exhibits, performances, and competitions!
To our dear parents, teachers, staff, and the entire #Povedan family, you are the salt that preserves the beauty of our mission and the light that guides our students toward excellence and purpose. Your unwavering support, encouragement, and presence have nourished hearts and cultivated minds, making this week truly extraordinary.
As we close the 2024-2025 High School Academic Fair, let us carry forward the lessons, creativity, and inspiration we have shared. Let us continue to be Salt and Light, bringing wisdom, kindness, and excellence to the world around us.
Share your Child's Achievement With Us!
We believe every milestone—big or small—deserves to be celebrated. Whether it’s an academic award, a creative accomplishment, or a personal breakthrough, we’d love to hear about it! By sharing your child’s achievement, you allow us to celebrate their hard work and inspire others in our community.
Graduates
Our graduates continue to shine in diverse fields—from business and technology to education and the arts. Their achievements reflect the strong foundation, values, and sisterhood instilled during their time in POVEDA.
We proudly celebrate their success and lasting impact as "Hermanas"—sisters in Spanish—who continue to inspire future generations of Povedans to lead with excellence, purpose, and heart.
