She has been conferred the French National Order of Merit, one of France’s highest honors, in recognition of her outstanding contributions and exceptional service—marking a historic first for a Filipina.
She recalled the emotional moment, sharing that she and many others were moved to tears—reflecting on the long journey that led her there.
Through determination and courage, she found her way to France—taking a leap of faith that would eventually lead her to where she is today. From navigating life independently to building a meaningful career in innovation, her story is one of resilience, grit, and purpose.
