The POVEDA community has taken its commitment to a new level! The iTruly and Joyfully Care: Somos herman@s para todos anti-bullying program is now enhanced and ready to make a bigger impact than ever. 

Altogether, Ms. Marga, Ms. Rachel, and Ms. Tin introduced the initiative to Grade School and High School students by emphasizing the importance of friendships and the value of healthy, supportive relationships within our school environment. Our College President, Ms. Charisse Raagas, also shared a powerful message about simple, daily ACTS:

• Acknowledge the needs and feelings of others.

• Communicate kindness by words and deeds, whether in-person or online.

• Take action.

• Smile.

This program, which will also be introduced to our preschool students next week, reminds us that kindness isn't just a passive feeling—it's an action. It's a gentle but firm commitment to stand up against injustice and indifference. It's a call to action that resonates deeply with St. Pedro Poveda's words: "We must all cooperate… each one has a place, a duty, a responsibility." Kindness means using our voices to speak up for others, reaching out to those who feel alone, and taking a firm stand against anything that diminishes the worth of another person. It is an active choice we make every day to create a culture where we all truly and joyfully care!
