✨🎓 Senior High School Commencement Exercises 🎓✨

On May 22, 2025, the halls of #Poveda were filled with pride, joy, and heartfelt gratitude as we celebrated the 56th Commencement Exercises of Batch 2025. The theme “Legado” beautifully captured the spirit of the day—honoring years of learning, leadership, and transformation that shaped our graduates into the young women they are today.

The celebration began with a solemn mass presided by Most Rev. Charles John Brown, D.D., Apostolic Nuncio to the Philippines. Our graduates were also inspired by the words of our esteemed guest speaker, Honorable Mayor Joy Belmonte—Mayor of Quezon City, proud alumna of Poveda Learning Center Batch ‘88, the first SCOP President, and the very first Venerable Josefa Segovia Awardee.

We were honored by the presence of the Members of the Teresian Association; Members of the Board of Trustees of the Institución Teresiana de Educación y Cultura, Incorporated; Mr. and Mrs. Allan and Carmen Roxas, Couple President of the Poveda Parents Association; and Mrs. Kristine De Guzman-Gordon, President of the Asociación de Alumnas de Poveda.

From every challenge overcome to every goal achieved, our graduates now carry a #Legado rooted in faith, character, and a commitment to serve. As they move forward to higher learning and greater purpose, may they always walk with courage, wisdom, and hearts that seek to follow God’s will. 💛
