✨ Friends in Far Places: Learning Language, Embracing Culture ✨

Last November 7, 2025, a meaningful milestone unfolded as Saint Pedro Poveda College and Friends Girls School Tokyo held their first-ever Language and Culture Exchange Activity as part of this year’s English Month celebration! 🇯🇵🇵🇭

Through thoughtful student presentations, shared stories, and heartfelt conversations, our select Senior High School Povedans and FGS students built bridges of friendship—celebrating culture, curiosity, and genuine connection. This collaboration stands as a significant step toward strengthening global understanding, deepening cultural appreciation, and fostering lasting friendships between our schools. 🇯🇵💛🇵🇭

In line with this year's English Month’s theme, “From Roots to Riches: Strengthening Communion through Language and Literature,” this exchange beautifully highlighted how language allows us to honor our roots while building meaningful relationships across cultures—turning shared learning into shared richness. ✨
