This year’s Poveda Cultural Laboratory was held in Australia from October 29-November 5, 2025. The study tour immersed 47 student participants from Grades 8-12 in social entrepreneurship classes at the Academy of Entrepreneurs, where industry experts helped them develop their business ideas and strengthen their communication skills. They also made embassy visits in Canberra, where they met with the ambassadors of Croatia and Guatemala, who shared valuable insights on leadership and women's empowerment.

The program also included visits to the Sydney Wildlife Zoo, Sydney Opera House, St. Mary’s Cathedral, Australian Mint Museum, and the Australian Parliament. These visits allowed participants to explore and appreciate Australia’s rich culture and history..

Participants further expanded their academic exposure through a campus visit at the University of Technology Sydney. They wrapped up the tour with the presentation of their business ideas to a panel composed of industry professionals, who congratulated the students on their creativity, innovation, and strong impact potential.
