PRESCHOOL Admission Guidelines

1. ISSUANCE OF APPLICATION FORM AND PRIMER
   Kinder 1 - August 3 to 28, 2009
   Kinder 2 & 3 - November 16 to 20, 2009
2. PERIOD OF FILING OF APPLICATION
   Pre School (Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 11:30 a.m./1:00 - 3:30 p.m.)
   
   • Kinder 1 - September 7 to 18, 2009
   • Kinder 2 - January 5 to 8, 2010
   • Kinder 3 - January 12 to 15, 2010
3. AGE REQUIREMENT
   • Kinder 1 - The applicant should be four (4) years old by October of the incoming academic year.
   • Kinder 2 - The applicant should be five (5) years old by October of the incoming academic year.
   • Kinder 3 - The applicant should be six (6) years old by October of the incoming academic year.
     
4. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS OF APPLICANTS
   FILIPINO CITIZEN
   • Properly filled out Application Form.
   • NSO Certificate of Live Birth (original & photocopy)
   • Baptismal Certificate (original & photocopy)
   • NIC: Naturalization Identification Certificate, if naturalized Filipino (original & photocopy)
   • One Copy 2x2 Picture
   NON-FILIPINO PERMANENT RESIDENT
   • Properly filled out Application Form.
   • Certificate of Live Birth (original & photocopy)
   • Baptismal Certificate (original & photocopy)
   • ACR: Alien Certificate of Registration (original & photocopy)
   • One Copy 2x2 Picture
   NON-FILIPINO TEMPORARY RESIDENT
   • Properly filled out Application Form.
   • Certificate of Live Birth (original & photocopy)
   • Baptismal Certificate (original & photocopy)
   • Passport with Study Permit
   • One Copy 2x2 Picture
5. APPLICATION PROCEDURE
   
• REGISTRAR'S OFFICE
  • Submit duly accomplished form with all the required documents during the specified period of filing.
    
• ACCOUNTING OFFICE
  • Pay the non-refundable Application Fee - P600
• TESTING
  Kinder 1 - October 5 to 23, 2009
  Kinder 2 - February 9 to 12, 2010
  Kinder 3 - February 16 to 19, 2010
  Venue: Preschool Guidance Office
  
  
  • Schedule of Testing will be given at the Registrar's Office upon submission of requirements.
  • Testing schedule should be strictly followed.
  • Testing for Kinder 2 and Kinder 3 has two (2) phases.
  • Initial assessment will be given by the Guidance Office.
  • Applicants who qualify will be further assessed by the Principal/Level Coordinator for final evaluation.
    Kinder 2 - February 23 to 26, 2010
    Kinder 3 - March 2 to 5, 2010
    Venue: Preschool Office
    
• TESTING DAY
  1. Applicants have to come at least ten (10) minutes before testing time. Latecomers will not be entertained.
  2. Resetting of a scheduled test causes a delay in processing test results. Therefore, testing ma y be reset only when:
     • The applicant is sick. (Present a medical certificate from the applicant's doctor.)
     • Fortuitious event in the family.
     • The school calls off classes/offices due to inclement weather, unforeseen events, etc.
• APPLICATION RESULTS
  1. Results of application will have to be picked up from the INFORMATION OFFICE by parents or their authorized representatives.
     Kinder 1 - December 4, 2009
     Kinder 2 - February 19, 2010
     Kinder 3 - February 26, 2010
     Time: 8:00 am to 11:30 am / 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
     
  2. NO INFORMATION will be released by telephone nor sent by E-MAIL/FAX/other means.
     
• ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE
  Signing of Conforme and Distribution of Enrollment Forms
  Kinder 1 - January 5 to 14, 2010
  Kinder 2 - February 23 to 26, 2010
  Kinder 3 - March 2 to 5, 2010
  Venue: Preschool Office
• ENROLLMENT PROPER
  1. Submit accomplished Enrollment Forms at the Registrar's Office.
  2. Pay tuition and other fees at the Accounting Office.
     Kinder 1- January 13 to 20, 2010
     Kinder 2 - March 10 to 12, 2010
     Kinder 3 - March 17 to 19, 2010
     Time: 8:00 am to 11:30 am / 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm
