    PRESCHOOL Admission Guidelines

    I. ISSUANCE OF APPLICATION FORM AND PRIMER

       Kinder 1        - August 2-31, 2011
       Kinder 2 & 3 - November 15-29, 2011
     
    There are limited slots for these levels.
     
     
    II. FILING OF APPLICATION
     
    Kinder 1       - September 6-23, 2011 (Extended until October 14, 2011)
    Kinder 2       - January 10-13, 2012
    Kinder 3       - January 17-20, 2012
     
    Office Hours: Monday to Friday
                            8:00 - 11:30 a.m.
                            1:00 - 3:30 p.m.
     
    III. AGE REQUIREMENT
     
        Kinder 1-The applicant should be four (4) years old by October 2012.             
        Kinder 2-The applicant should be five (5) years old by October 2012.
        Kinder 3-The applicant should be six (6) years old by October 2012.

    V. APPLICATION PROCEDURE
     
    A. Registrar’s Office
     
    Submit duly accomplished application form with all the required documents during the specified period of filing.
     
    B. Accounting Office
     
     Pay the non-refundable application fee of P600.
     
    C. Testing
     
    Kinder 1 - October 3, 5, 6, 10, 12, 14, 17, & 19, 2011
    Kinder 2 - February 7-10, 2012
    Kinder 3 - February 20-23, 2012
     
                       Venue:       Preschool Guidance Office
     
    Testing schedule will be strictly followed.
    Testing for Kinder 2 and Kinder 3 has two (2) phases.
     
    1.    The initial assessment will be given by the Guidance Office.
     
    2.   Applicants who pass the initial screening will be scheduled for final evaluation by the Vice-Principal.
     
    Testing Day
     
    1. Applicants must come at least ten (10) minutes before the testing time. Late comers will not be entertained.
    2. Resetting of a scheduled test causes a delay in processing test results. Therefore, testing may be reset only when:
     
       *The applicant is sick. (Present a medical certificate from the applicant’s doctor.)
       *Fortuitous event in the family.
       *The school calls off classes/offices due to inclement weather, unforeseen events, etc.
     
    D. Application results
     
    1.Results of application will have to be picked up from the INFORMATION OFFICE by parents or their authorized representative.
     
    Kinder 1 - December 9, 2011

         *Enrollment form will be given by the secretary of the Principal after the interview of the accepted applicants and their parent/s.

    •  Admission to First year High School is strictly for students who have finished Grade 7.
    •  High School admission is only up to Third year.
